Seduction is a toy that boasts curve and versatility. It features a small and large end to please a range of users. The small side ends in a ball while the large end is thick all the way through, offering completely different sensations. It’s lovely curved shape is ideal for G or P spot stimulation. Keep in mind that it does not flare in the same way that a dildo with a base does. It can be used anally, but it’s not the toy to test limits with as there is nothing to act as a stop on the end. Just don’t get overly excited with it, basically. When used vaginally, take care to avoid damage to the cervix with the hard material.

MATERIAL
The Seduction is made of wood. Wood is phthalate free and body safe. NobEssence actually grows all their own wood in the Tropical American Tree Farms. One of the first questions that gets asked when considering wood toys is if you can get splinters from it. NobEssence puts a impermeable polymer coating on all of their toys. Wood splinters when it comes in contact with moisture. The coating NobEssence developed is different from what is found on a regular chest or dresser because it is waterproof and body safe. Since water can’t be absorbed, the wood can’t splinter.
Now that you (hopefully) feel a little better about using wood, let’s talk about what it feels like. Wood is a hard material much like a glass or steel. Unlike glass or steel, wood is lightweight. When I got my very first wood toy, I picked it up expecting it to weigh a ton and did that weird thing you do when you brace for the wrong weight and your arm flings back. Seduction has almost no weight to it given the size of it and what it would weigh if it were made of nearly any other material. The hard surface is just as solid as glass or steel, unyielding and firm against the body. It won’t be for those that need some give. For those that enjoy solid materials, wood is a wonderful addition.
The surface of Seduction is smooth, but little bumps of the grain can still be felt when you run your hand along it. Since it is hand made of real wood, this is to be expected. This little indents cannot be felt during use. The coating makes it slick with zero drag. Only the smallest amount of lubrication is needed, perhaps none for those that are well lubricated on their own.
My Seduction is done in Wenge wood. If you order through Eden, you do not get to pick your wood type. It’s like a mystery box coloring. I’m guessing it goes on availability of woods.
Wood will be best for those that prefer a firm surface. The lightweight to it may not be for everyone, as some people prefer the weight of a heavy steel toy. I find the lightweight wood to be easier to use, personally. Wood would make a good addition to a collection once you have experimented a bit with some toys and decided that you enjoy firm materials. I probably wouldn’t suggest getting it as a very first toy.
SIZE
As each piece is hand crafted, the size will vary a bit from piece to piece. I’ll be comparing mine to the listed sizes on Eden’s product page. The product page lists the length at 8.5″ while mine is 8.75″. It lists the diameter at 1.5″ for the small end and 2″ for the large end, which does match up to mine. On the small end, the diameter comes to .75″ after the ball ends. This gradually comes to the 2″ of the larger end. I have included a diagram so you can see the points at which the different sizes occur.

Both ends of the Seduction worked well for me for size. I expected the larger end to feel larger for some reason, which means I’m getting too used to big sized toys, I think. Even though I expected it to feel larger than it did, don’t take that to mean that it isn’t large. Two inches of diameter isn’t to be taken lightly, especially in a hard material. It creates a filling sensation and a bit of stretching, especially if you don’t warm up beforehand. Since it is thickest at the tip, it won’t give you an overly stretched feeling at the opening, but more in the back.
Seduction offers the two different sized ends, so users at most levels will find an end that works for them. Not everyone will be able to use the larger end, but even users who need smaller sizes will be able to work with the small end. It does bulb out at 1.5″, which is not the smallest of small, but comes inward at .75″. That’s what you’ll end up feeling at the opening. Now, if you have never been penetrated before or are just starting out, you make want to start with a few other toys first. Given that this is hard material (and also very expensive…), I again would say it’s not a good first toy.
DESIGN
The small and large end of the Seduction are completely different in shape. The small end is a ball that rounds out and then comes inward to a thinner, curved shaft. The shaft then has a S shape curve. The large end gradually increases in size until the end which rounds out and does not have any bulge or anything to it. As the S curve forms in the middle, both ends have a curve that can be felt during use.

Seduction isn’t realistic or phallic in shape. If anyone knows the true purpose of Seduction will depend on their level of knowledge of toys. To me, it looks like a sex toy, but to someone who hasn’t seen many sex toys it may just look like wooden art. You may not want to leave it out because you never know what the skill level of your guests may be. It’s easy enough to hide in a dresser or chest. It’s also travel friendly, but make sure you have a pouch or some other storage option.
PERFORMANCE
The small end of Seduction is shaped very similar to the Pure Wand, which is touted as one of the best G spot toys on the market. The praises of Seduction seem to be sung less and to be sung less and I’m not sure why. The small end works miracles to my G spot plus it doesn’t make my wrist and hand exhausted in three minutes or less. If the Pure Wand has worked for you, Seduction’s shape is nearly identical. The lightweight of Seduction may not work for those who are partial to heavy steel material, so keep that in mind.
The large end has less of a curve than the small end simply because of the thickness of it. For me, this means it isn’t quite as effective on my G spot. For me to have a G spot orgasm, I need an intense curve combined with a firm material. I also seem to do better with smaller sizes on my G spot, but the Fling did work despite it’s larger, not so pinpoint size. The large end of Seduction created G spot stimulation for me, but never a G spot orgasm. I could feel it create pressure on my G spot and it never lost this pressure during use, but try as I might I just couldn’t get over the edge with it. I could get a regular vaginal orgasm, just not a G spot orgasm (which is what I was aiming for).
I did find good use for the larger end of Seduction anyhow. It stays in place very well if you insert it and take your hands away, something many toys don’t do. It doesn’t flip or come out, even if you clench down on it or orgasm. This makes it an ideal toy for use with a clit vibe. A lot of times I’ll want something to be inserted while I use an external toy even if I don’t plan on thrusting or doing much of anything with the internal toy. I get very frustrated if I have to hold the internal toy in place or keep reinserting it or adjusting it back to the right curve. I didn’t have to do that with this. It stayed the way I wanted it the whole time.
CARE
Wood can be cleaned with soap and water or toy cleaner. The sealant makes it waterproof, but you should not allow it to sit in water. You should not use anything abrasive on it. You can disinfect it with alcohol, a bleach mixture, or peroxide. It should not be boiled or placed in a dishwasher.
You can use any lubricant with this toy. Oil, water, and silicone based lubricants are all okay.
For storage, you can either use the original packaging or a separate pouch. A Ziploc baggie will also work if you don’t have a pouch and don’t have room for the box it comes in.
PACKAGING
Seduction comes in the usual NobEssence box. It is brown and grey in color. It slides open to reveal Seduction. It has some padding at the top to protect the toy. It has a small insert that has information on the toy and care instructions. The packaging is discreet and can be used for storage or gifting.

RECOMMENDATIONS
If you like sizes large or small, Seduction has something for you. It has a curve that’s more intense and one that’s a little less so. You can pick which side you want depending on which you need for your G or P spot. Seduction will be best for those that prefer a toy with no give. If you need something plush or forgiving, Seduction (and wood toys in general) will not be for you. The large end is pretty large and may be too big for some users, so bear that in mind when deciding on it. If you will be unable to make use of the large end, you will be spending a decent amount of money to have half of a double ended toy.
I wouldn’t recommend you go run out and get this as a first toy or even a second or third. It’s price is a little on the steep side for a beginner and you should try out some firm materials in lower price ranges first to see if it works for you. You should also play around with some toys with similar curves but lower prices to see if the curve of the toy will work. For those who have experience with firm materials and know the curved design is something they will like, the price tag of Seduction is more than justified.
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
The Pure Wand was the very first toy that ever made me squirt. I had tried lots of cheap toys from sex shops for five years (as in, went out of my way looking for G spot toys) before discovering online shopping, reviews, and the Pure Wand. The Pure Wand was great in performance and the orgasms couldn’t be matched by any other toy. My wrist was not a fan of it. I broke my wrist when I was a kid and have arthritis. After a few minutes of use, the heavy steel and wrist heavy motions needed to get the results I wanted from the Pure Wand were too much for my bad wrist to bear. Ultimately, I couldn’t use it for long and went searching for a toy that would give the same result with less strain on my wrist.
Seduction is that toy. It delivers every bit as strong of a G spot orgasm as my Pure Wand, but I can use it for long periods without having to stop and moan from pain instead of pleasure. The large end gets used way more than I expected it to since I can get a good pressure on my G spot when I insert it and it doesn’t move around or fall out. It gives a great full feeling without too much of a stretch. This probably wouldn’t have been the case before I started using larger toys, but since I’ve been using a lot of 2″ toys lately, the size didn’t feel too stretchy to me.
